Breathe For Peak Performance


Similar to what we offer as part of the Stress: Performance Tool workshop, this shorter format focuses on breath training techniques and strategies to help you take control of stress, focus your mind, and achieve a peak performance state.

This workshop includes:

  • A brief introduction to the science of breath training

  • Simple and highly effective breathing techniques for different situations

  • Breath training strategies to create a consistent practice

  • A group breathing experience

  • A printed workbook for each person attending

  • Access to a video support platform
